At Telugu Invites, we take great pride in creating customized digital invitations and visual content for your special celebrations. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Product Nature
Because the nature of our business involves digital goods and personalized creative services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the final product has been delivered to you.
Order Modification and Approval
Prior to final delivery, we work closely with our clients to ensure the design meets expectations. We provide opportunities for review during the creation process so you can request necessary adjustments. Once you approve and receive the final digital files, the order is considered complete.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your digital files or if you have questions regarding your order, please contact our customer support team. We are committed to helping you resolve any access issues promptly.
